The scottish yoke mechanism has a round slide that revolves eccentric to a crankshaft in an opposite direction, a guide perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the slide and an eccenter, which transforms the rotating movement of the crankshaft in a reciprocating linear movement. A piston is provided that has a diameter considerably smaller then the guide. The piston is provided in cylinder of compression chamber. A shank is provided to other side of the piston that is movable in a guide.
