Foundations are laid on a wall plate with a slab assembly in a mechanized factory. Panels and slabs are positioned and fixed by welding through metallic connectors until a house or a building is formed. The fabricated components are transferred from the factory to the work site by a semi-trailer, and are assembled using a crane tower. The panels and slabs are reinforced and include, in addition to the metallic connectors and welded metallic mesh, all the technical installations of the house.
