The valve has a shank, which is hollow at internal bearer end of shank of a breech block hole with a capacity of sliding on the edge of the shank and cutback inside chamber of liquid body. The shank acts as a mobile piston serving on a spring mounted on the hollow shank, which produces the closure of the movable block on a step of the liquid chamber. Another spring acts on the tip of the shank hole in the opposite direction to the former spring in absence of the manual action of opening. The block of sliding closing makes closing of top against internal step of the chamber of the body subject to manual operation.
