The present invention relates to a method of treating non-small cell lung cancer with FLT-3 kinase inhibitor such as PKC412. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical combination of a FLT-3 kinase inhibitor and an activator of permeabilization of the mitochondrial outer membrane, such as an activator of BAK.
