The invention relates to a method and system for regulating the active power of a wind farm comprising a group of wind-power generators (Ai), a communications network (RS) and a supervision and control system (ST). The inventive system comprises: means for connecting to the supervision and control system (ST); means for receiving data from said supervision and control system (ST), namely data relating to the apparent power output PSUBout/SUB at each instant by the farm and data relating to the wind-power generator (Ai) variables and states; means for comparing said apparent output power PSUBout /SUBwith a pre-established set value PSUBcons /SUBfor the apparent power of the farm; and means for the continuous correction of the apparent output power PSUBout/SUB, such that said apparent output power PSUBout /SUBalways approximates the pre-established set power value PSUBcons/SUB.
