A space storing/parking method, which provides at least one vertical storage row, each row includes a plurality of storage layers, each layer is provided with a top space and a lower space, a horizontal intermediate transport passage is positioned between the top space and the lower space. The top and the lower spaces are positioned above and under the transport passage respectively, a carrier can travel on the transport passage. Goods/vehicles on the support tray are transported by the carrier along the transport passage, and stored in or taken out from the top and lower spaces by a lift device provided in the carrier. Providing a vertical passage for a lifter, which passes through each of the storage layers. The lifter can vertically travel in the vertical passage and transfer the goods/vehicles with the proximate space or the carrier. Providing a space storing/parking system constructed by present method and its application. Providing a space storing system for container. Providing a container dock and a load-unload method at the container dock. The space storing system is adapted to construct traffic and goods circulation center for ocean shipping, airfreight, railroad and road transport.
