The invention relates to a method for providing a new web service consisting in decomposing (100) data, for example a scenario (50) and/or a use case (50), into modelling elements of said new web service corresponding to an object modelling formalism, in forming (110) an internal object model (60) from the modelling elements and in converting (120, 140) the modelling elements of the internal object model (60) into modelling elements of an external meta model. Said last step can be associated with a stage for generating (140) a code (80) or forming (120) an XMI model (70) visa an XMI generator. A computer program product for carrying out the inventive method and computer file obtained thereby are also disclosed.
