The invention solves the problem that when the operator continues write, the difficulty for the operator to write at the write position cannot be dealt with and the problem that both the easiness of writing and the easiness of reading for a child, who is not tall, or for an operator sitting in a wheel chair are not achieved simultaneously. There are provided a write screen for inputting a character or a figure, write position sensing means for sensing the input position on the write screen, write screen moving means for moving the write screen so as to move the input position, and control means for setting a reference position at which the operator can easily carry out the input, judging whether or not the distance between the input position on the write screen and the reference position is within a predetermined length, or whether or not the input position on the write screen is in an area preset according to the reference position, and allowing the write screen moving means to move the write screen so that the nearest input position agrees with the reference position if the distance exceeds the predetermined length or if the input position is out of the area.
