The mobile training device, especially tennis training device, comprises an impact plate (2) that can be put up under various angles of inclination (α) in relation to the horizontal. The training device also comprises a support element, configured as a telescopic rod (12), with which the impact plate (2) can be supported in relation to the ground (8) at different angles of inclination (α). The impact plate (2) is connected to an undercarriage (16). The telescopic rod (12) is hinged to the back of the impact plate (2). Owing to this design, the mobile training device is compact, easy to handle and highly efficient.
