[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An apparatus for a pre-analysis treatment of an organic chemical substance, the apparatus comprising: an injection section (F) into which a substance to be analyzed is injected; a first liquid delivery pump (P1) which delivers a solvent for sweeping away the substance; a first solid-phase cartridge (S1) which adsorbs a non-polar contaminant contained in a solution comprising the substance and the solvent; a second solid-phase cartridge (S2) which adsorbs the substance; and a sample collection control means (N) which delivers a solution containing the substance to the first solid-phase cartridge (S1) and delivers a mixed solution given by feeding and mixing a solvent for use in the modification of polarity with the solution having the contaminant removed therefrom to obtain a sample.
