The invention concerns a didactic method for constructing matrices designed for spatial representation of molecules via the UAM-UCAD Method (fig. 2, fig. 5 and fig. 9). To produce the various matrices, the user must be provided with base materials such as cardboard paper mache as support to the prior tracing of the outlines of the matrix, expanded polystyrene, used to represent the spherical module of the atom, wooden, iron or synthetic material rods which will represent the links between the atoms. Provided with said materials, the user can easily produce the matrices corresponding to the different hybridizing states: sp, sp2, sp3 and then represent the molecules in space in exploded molecular models.
