Method for the dehydration of recovery organic solvents, particularly isopropyl alcohol or a nitro mixture, and mixtures thereof, by means of liquid-liquid extraction with an inorganic solution having affinity with water, characterised in that said inorganic solution is an aqueous solution of a compound selected from: NaOH, KCOOH, LiBr.
