Disclosed are an earth wire under-bracing for supporting and fixing a utility pole in case of a utility pole work and a construction method thereof. Particularly, as a mechanized construction method using an auger crane, an excavation process is performed in such a manner that a first sloped excavation is carried, or a first sloped excavation and a second vertical excavation are carried out by stages according to a ground, and then an earth wire rod connected to the earth wire under-bracing is connected and fixed to a vertically raised utility pole by iron wires. According to the present invention, the simplification of an excavation process can lead to a reduction in the number of workers and a decrease in working hours, and the right angle state between the earth wire rod and the earth wire under-bracing is stably maintained, thereby sharply increasing the supporting force and overcoming the problems, such as leaning of the utility pole or a shoddy and fault construction. Further, the working environment is improved, and prevents the incurrence of the enmity of the people against the inconvenience in traffic, the construction quality is improved because it offers an excellent facility protection effect from smooth disasters by a firm supporting force, thereby smoothly and stably supplying a high quality power.
