Bars layout has first set of supplying bards (3), horizontal bars, each bar distributing one phase or neutral; and second se bars, vertical bars, attached to starting unit of electric cell. Each bar (3a to 3d) of first set is electrically and mechanical linked to bar (4a to 4d) of same phase of second set through link. Two sets are grouped near bottom wall (8) of cell (C). An Independent claim is also included for the electric cell.
