A RESIDENCE WITH FRONT COURT AND BACKYARD

A residence with front court (11) and backyard (12) is in the form of multi-storey or high-rise unit type residence including one-layer-height house part, in which two-layer-height front court (11) and backyard (12) are provided. Each front court (11) and backyard (12) of the odd layer residence units are opposite staggered to those of the even layer residence units in horizontal, and the front court (11) and backyard (12) are staggered according to corresponding odd or even layer in vertical. The former is situated at two quadrants of one opposite angle in Cartesian coordinate and the latter is situated at the other two quadrants. The house part, which is set at the middle of each layer residence unit, is surrounded by the front court (11) and backyard (12) of the residence units on the layer and the other court and yard of the residence units on the neighbouring layers. Type of flat is divergence type including at least four right-angle or non right-angle banding places.
