A process for producing a semistereoscopic dry flower picture decoration, comprising the semistereoscopic dry flower producing step (4) of producing a semistereoscopic dry flower from a grass flower or grass flower having been dehydrated through immersion in a dehydrating solution with the use of a semistereoscopic dry flower producing tool composed of a meshlike material, such as a wire mesh, or at least two base plates furnished with a multiplicity of through holes and, fitted to the periphery of at least one surface of the meshlike material or base plates, a support; the step (9) of fixing a frame to the backside of aluminum foil close to the periphery thereof and forming a rear member with recessed portion opening on its front side on the aluminum foil within the frame; the semistereoscopic dry flower picture preparing step (14) of bonding and fixing the semistereoscopic dry flower produced in the semistereoscopic dry flower producing step onto a base member capable of being accommodated in the recessed portion of the rear member to thereby form a semistereoscopic dry flower picture; and the transparent plate fitting step (17) of accommodating the semistereoscopic dry flower picture in the recessed portion of the rear member, thereafter covering the front side thereof with a transparent plate and sealing the periphery thereof.
