The inventive building-jumping platform for rescuing people comprises chutes, evacuation elements embodied in the form of tubes, a water pool, several vertical tunnels, which are embodied in the form of the building structural components and arranged along the perimeter thereof and an external façade side forming said chutes, whose longitudinal sections repeat the jumping platform curve and the cross-sections have a variable curvature.
