The mains isolated power supply (2) provides a device main circuit with a required current, the standby control circuit (6) receives a standby/start signal and controls ON/OFF of the mains isolated power supply (2), and the capacitor step-down rectifier and filter power supply (5) provides the standby control circuit (6) with an operation current.
