Provided are a method and apparatus for inspecting a liquid lens, and a method of fabricating the liquid lens using the same, capable of readily inspecting whether the liquid lens is normal or not. The method of inspecting a liquid lens includes: moving the liquid lens to a predetermined position to inspect the liquid lens; measuring the liquid lens using a measurement sensor relatively movable with respect to the liquid lens; and determining whether the liquid lens is effectively adhered on the basis of data measured by the measurement sensor. Therefore, it is possible to simply and precisely determine whether the liquid lens is normal or not, and increase reliability of the product.
