The device comprises a discharge channel (2) which extends between a controlled chamber (23) and at least a discharge opening (3), placing the controlled chamber (23) and discharge opening (3) in reciprocal communication; it also comprises a piston (4) which is slidable along the discharge channel (2) between at least a closed position of the a piston (4), in which it occludes the discharge channel (2), and a least an open position thereof, in which the discharge channel (2) is open and allows a flow of fluid from the controlled chamber (23) to the discharge opening (3); and elastic means (5), predisposed to push the piston (4) towards the closed position. The piston (4) exhibits a first transversal section (6) and a second transversal section (7), which occlude the discharge channel (2) and are arranged in such a way that, during the sliding of the piston (4) from the closed position thereof to the open position thereof, the second transversal section (7) frees the discharge channel (2) subsequently to the first transversal section (6).
