The invention aims at improving physical measurements of an industrial product expressed in organoleptic perceptions, by providing a measuring interface submitting descriptors in a relative arrangement such that the testers are not influenced by the order of their representation, whatever the descriptor and whatever the field of the descriptor. Therefor, the invention concerns a method for analyzing industrial products for their characterization, their distinguishing features and/or their modification in order to improve them, by analyzing the responses of a panel of testers, in accordance with certain descriptors. The method comprises the following steps: selecting descriptors relevant a priori for determining the organoleptic characteristics of the products; selecting a mode of response; providing all those descriptors simultaneously to the panel of testers, once only, for a specific duration, in a measuring interface (100) having a center (O) and an input zone (110) for each descriptor, the input zones (110) being homogeneously distributed in accordance with a section of at least one conical curve (E1, E2) about the center (O) of the interface (100); collecting the responses, for each tester, based on the selected mode of response; recording the responses; and analyzing the responses in accordance with at least one statistical method.
