CRUSH METHOD OF RICE HUSH AND CRUSHER OF THE SAME

A method for crushing chaff by hot wind drying and chaff crushing apparatus using the same are provided to elevate the chaff crushing efficiency, to prevent performance of the chaff crushing apparatus from being lowered, to minimize the effect of lignin by drying chaff using hot wind, and to allow mass production of organic fertilizer by elevating productivity. The method for crushing chaff by hot wind drying comprises: supplying chaff from storage tank; the first chaff drying step, which dries the epidermis and lignin of chaff by hot wind(200); separating the dried chaff and hot wind. The chaff crushing apparatus(10) includes: a chaff storage tank(11) storing chaff; a hot wind supplying device(20); a hot wind supplying pipe(21); a chaff supplying pipe(12); at least more than one chaff separating devices(30), which separates the chaff from the hot wind using centrifugal force; a chaff crushing device(50) established on the lower part of the chaff crushing apparatus, which crushes the dried chaff.
