METHOD FOR REMOVING BASELINE WANDER OF ELECTROCARDIOGRAM SIGNAL

A method for removing baseline wander of an electrocardiogram signal is provided to remove the baseline wander of the electrocardiogram signal regardless of slow baseline wander or rapid baseline wander, by finding out and removing the baseline wander, by finding out a uniform wander part in one period of the electrocardiogram signal statistically and then connecting the part through interpolation method to find out the baseline wander. An absolute value of an electrocardiogram(ECR) signal value of two points having distance of K between two peak points(P1,P2) of the ECR signal waveform is obtained(S100). Histogram is obtained with each absolute value after obtaining a number of absolute values among two peak points(S200). A number of reference points are detected from a maximum value of the histogram(S300). A baseline wander line is obtained by obtaining a baseline wander value by connecting the detected reference points through an interpolation method(S400). An R peak point is obtained by moving the baseline wander point upward as much as a threshold value, and reference points belonging to a reference point removal range are moved by setting the reference point removal range before and after the R peak point(S500). Then, an ECR waveform removing the baseline wander is obtained by removing the baseline wander line from the ECR waveform after obtaining the baseline wander value by connecting remained reference points through an interpolation method(S600).
