METHOD OF MUSIC BROADCASTING SERVICE USING SPECTRUM SPREADING COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY AND SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING THE SAME

A method and a system for a music broadcasting service using spectrum spreading communication are provided to enable a user to listen to desired music anytime/anywhere without connecting to the wireless Internet and collect a royalty by correctly performing billing for music use. A database(40) stores music data and corresponding music ID code discriminating each music and keeping mutual orthogonality. An electric wave transmission control station(10) broadcasts the music data by spreading the music data stored in the database to the corresponding music ID code. A music database(50) stores the ID code and bibliographic particulars of each broadcasted music. A music player(70) extracts/plays the specific music data by reading the ID code of the specific music and reversely spreading a broadcasted music signal if the specific music selected from the music data is requested. The music player transmits a billing request including a mobile station ID code and the played music ID code to the electric wave transmission control station if the music is completely played.
