A wood-frame structure for construction is provided to increase long-term stability by improving strength and durability and preventing the transformation of wood to the maximum. A wood-frame structure for construction contains vertical structural wood panels(11) arranged parallel with each other along an unidirection to form the frame of a structure and provided with many grooves, horizontal structural wood panels(12) arranged parallel with each other along the perpendicular direction to the vertical structural wood panels and provided with many grooves to couple with the vertical structural wood panels strongly using a coupler, a pair of boards(17) arranged parallel with each other by interposing the vertical structural wood panels and the horizontal structural wood panels and attached to the structural wood panels, and a partition wall unit composed of many partition walls(18) and placed between the boards to partition off the space between the boards into two. Hereon yellow soil(14) is placed in one of two spaces formed by the boards and the partition wall unit and a pipeline(15) is installed in the space which is not filled with the yellow soil.
