摘要

A channel selecting method for reading tag information, a channel selecting device of an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) reader adopting the method, and the RFID reader are provided to select/determine a channel, which RFID readers of almost the same area try to almost simultaneously use, as a channel for reading tag information, thereby preventing interference. A channel request time measurer(120) measures channel request time by a user's inputting action and channel request time by a channel change request inputting action. A channel selector(140) selects a channel for reading tag information stored in an RFID tag(10) existing in the outside, by using channel selecting information in accordance with the measured channel request times. A channel decider decides whether the selected channel is used in another RFID reader existing in the outside by measuring a receiving signal for the selected channel, and demands channel changes to the measurer(120) if the selected channel is used, then determines the selected channel as a channel for reading the tag information if the selected channel is not used.
