An apparatus for constructing an upper structure of a bridge is provided to prevent accidents and to improve work efficiency by installing a crane on a main truss and letting an operator check the process of pulling up, carrying and installing a form and reinforcing bars with the naked eye and to exclude the necessity of an additional grader by installing a concrete grader on a main carrier, and to reduce manpower consumption and operating frequency of a crane by mechanizing the conveyance and arrangement of reinforcing bars and a form. An apparatus for constructing an upper structure of a bridge contains: a main carrier(100) sliding along a pair of rails(1) which are arranged on both upper parts of a main truss composed of plural PSC beams and comprising two pairs of main supporters erected vertically to slide along each rail by a pair, a driving motor installed to move the main supports forward and backward, supports installed to connect the upper parts of the main supporters which are installed on the same rail, a main truss installed on the top of the supports horizontally to support a crane(200), and a roller unit composed of two sliding rollers to slide along the rails; a grader(300) installed on the main carrier to compact the concrete placed for slab construction and composed of a deck frame installed horizontally on the upper parts of two supports, a sliding body equipped with a sliding roller to slide along a guide rail formed in the lower part of the deck frame longitudinally, and a drum fixed to the lower part of the sliding body to be separable by a coupler and composed of a gear unit having a driving motor and gears, a pair of compaction rollers to compact the surface of concrete and a pair of screws to level the surface of concrete; and a reinforcement carrier(400) sliding along the rails to carry reinforcing bars and to unload automatically at regular intervals and comprising a pair of roller units provided with plural sliding rollers to support upper load, a driving motor installed on the upper part of each roller unit to rotate the sliding roller, a support frame installed on the upper part of the roller units horizontally to support an upper structure, a reinforcement loading box installed on the upper part of the support frame and loaded with reinforcing bars, a vibration motor fixed to the reinforcement loading box to vibrate the reinforcement loading box, and a control panel installed on the rear of the support frame.
