One device is provided to the manufacturing cost for being easily carried out the maintenance of pipe and reducing pipe for non-destructively checking an inboard portion of a pipeline. One device, for non-destructively checking an inboard portion of a pipeline, including a ultrasonic sensor framework (110), a supervisory system, a main body (120) and a wheel. Ultrasonic sensor framework has a ultrasonic sensor, is used to measure the defect of a thickness and a measured pipe. Supervisory system is transmitted from the ultrasonic signal that main body generates to ultrasonic sensor. Main body accommodates ultrasonic sensor, a CCTV, a bluetooth communication part and a power supply. Wheel is installed in main body.
