摘要

A method for mass-producing nano silver, a method for manufacturing antibacterial fibers coated with the nano silver, and antibacterial fibers manufactured by the same are provided to manufacture antibacterial fibers coated with nano silver mass-produced by applying a high voltage to an electrolysis process of water, concentratedly on a surface thereof, and grant a strong antibacterial function to chemical fibers while preventing lowering of a perspiration function and generation of static electricity. A water tank(101) has a water input valve(102) for inputting water and a water discharge valve(103) for discharging water. Silver plates(104,105) connected with power supply(DC+,DC-) are independently mounted at both sides of the water tank. An isolation part(107) is installed at a center of the water tank to separate right and left of the water tank, makes grooves(106). A certain amount of water is contained in the water tank to submerge the silver plates. Power supply of 10,000-300,000 v of high voltage is applied, wherein an electric current amount of the high voltage is controlled by controlling height of the isolation part so as to control particle size of nano silver.
