A novel inhibitor of angiogenesis, cell proliferation and cellular invasion by targeting Ras signaling pathway is provided to reduce the amount of Ras-GTP/Raf complex by binding thymosin beta10 with Ras-GTP or inhibiting the binding of Ras-GTP with Raf, and to inhibit expression of VEGF(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor), so that it is useful for treatment of various solid tumor including ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, stomach cancer and lung cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and diabetic retinopathy. The inhibitor of angiogenesis, cell proliferation and cellular invasion by targeting Ras signaling pathway contains a thymosin beta10 gene or a protein encoded thereby as an effective ingredient, wherein the thymosin beta10 gene is derived from a mammal or human; the thymosin beta10 gene has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and the protein encoded thereby has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2; and the targeting of the Ras signaling pathway is accomplished by direct interaction between thymosin beta10 gene and Ras.
