The present invention provides a method for producing a routine buckwheat herb extract from a pilot plant scale , the extraction solvent as a method for producing hot water , characterized by the routine extracts the buckwheat herb extracts with water or a weak alkali solution . The invention also relates to a solid precipitated after the routine extracts were prepared according to this method in a low temperature process for producing a powder by centrifugation routine .
