The invention relates to a stamped product which is used to seal holes in a durable manner, in particular in sheet steel or in plastic parts on car bodies. Said stamped product comprises a base layer with adhesive at least partially on one side and which comprises a heat-resistant layer, whereby the surface thereof is larger than the surface the surface of the hole which is to be sealed and which comprises a first section of a thermoactivable adhesive film, in particular in the centre of the side which is adhesive, wherby the suface thereof is larger than the surface of the hole which is to be sealed and smaller than the surface of the base layer. The stamped product is applied to the hole which is to be sealed in such a manner that said hole is covered, essentially, by the first section.
