The device (6) has a lug (5) traversing a free end of a branch of a clasp and connecting an adjusting part (7) to a strand (3a) of a strap. A circular guiding surface and a rectilinear guiding opening are integrated to the part. A connection part (9) is engaged with the opening and a strand (3b). A manual adjusting part (8) has an internal lateral circular guiding surface engaged with the former surface. An arched opening between the adjusting part (8) and connection part transforms a circular movement of the adjusting part (8) into a rectilinear movement of the connection part.
