A rotary type of multi-creel frame is provided to mount bobbins to the front and rear including both sides thereof and to have a bobbin support structure with a rotary structure. The both ends of an upper fixing member(10) are fixed to an installation equipment and extended horizontally. An upper fixing member connection device(11) is extended from the upper fixing member horizontally. An upper rotary type of support shaft(12) is rotatably extended from the upper fixing member connection device vertically. Plural bobbin mounting members(20) are rotatably connected to the upper fixing member. A bobbin(30) is mounted to the bobbin mounting member.
