A bathtub structure of an apartment house for maximizing a space is provided to fix the bathtub to a wall of a bathroom at normal times by moving up the bathtub about a guide pin and to use the bathtub by moving down the bathtub. The bathtub structure of an apartment house for maximizing a space is composed of a guide plate(10) installed at one wall(2a) of a bathroom and provided with L-shaped guide grooves(11a) recessed on both inner sides; a bathtub(20) installed between the guide plates and composed of guide pins combined to the guide grooves of the guide plate and protruded on both outer surfaces of one side, a hanging groove(22) formed on the other side, and plural rubber shock absorbing tools(23) fitted and combined to the bottom side to absorb shock; and a first hanging unit(30) for hanging and fixing the bathtub not to fall down the bathtub in vertically standing up the bathtub and a second hanging unit(40) preventing the movement of the bathtub in horizontally laying down the bathtub, which are installed on both longitudinal walls of the bathtub.
