A sign board for marking a room number and a floor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve advertisement efficiency by implementing various designs and processes. A fundamental model(1) for a sign board is made of a wood plate. A case(2) is prepared for implementing the fundamental model. First silicon(3) is injected into the case. The fundamental model and a second silicon(4) are inserted into the case. A molding box(M) is formed by the silicon injection and the fundamental model insertion. The sign board(B) as a resultant structure is extracted from the molding box. The sign board is implemented by flatten process for marking. An oil stain is deposited on the sign board. The sign board is implemented and dried by brushing. A predetermined color is applied to a desired region of the sign board. A coating process is implemented on the sign board.
