METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING HOME NETWORK USING MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND THE MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL FOR EXECUTING THE METHOD

A home network constructing method using a mobile communication terminal and the mobile communication terminal for performing the method are provided to pre-register control command of each manufacturer for controlling home devices in the terminal so that a user can simply control the home devices by using the terminal. A home network control module(110) receives home network control commands from a user, and controls home network functions. An OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturing) device access interface module(120) controls home devices by processing signals for the home network control commands. An OEM network access interface module(130) connects networks for signal processing using a network protocol in a mobile communication terminal that does not use a WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability).
