A UI(User Interface) service server, a communication terminal device for driving a standard VM(Virtual Machine) platform, an operating method of the UI service server, and an operating method of the communication terminal device for driving the standard VM platform are provided to enable the communication terminal device to receive a UI module selected from the UI service server and to install the received UI module, so that a user can access a UI through a predetermined UI menu generated after the installation. A UI module DB(301) stores a UI module according to user's profile information. A query receiver(302) receives a UI module request query which includes ID information of a communication terminal device and a user's profile information from the predetermined communication terminal device. A user authenticator(303) authenticates the user by referring to the received user's profile information and the user's profile information recorded in the DB(301). Once the user is authenticated, a UI module provider(304) reads the UI module corresponding to the user by referring to the DB(301), and sends the read UI module to the communication terminal device by referring to the ID information of the terminal device.
