A slope reinforcement method using a dome type soil reinforced gabion grid and a steel bar nail on a cut slope comprises the steps of installing underground water outflow blocks(2) having the appropriate width and depth on a cut slope(1) where underground water flows out in large quantity to be connected in the latticed shape, perforating many relief holes on the inside of the latticed underground water outflow blocks and inserting perforated drainpipes, perforating the rear side wall of the latticed underground water outflow blocks using a perforator, installing a dome type soil reinforced gabion(7a) of a box(4) with a hemispheric cover(4a) into the latticed underground water outflow blocks and installing an anchor pin to the dome type soil reinforced gabion to make a folding head of the anchor pin pressurize the dome type soil reinforced gabion, inserting steel bar nails into vertical holes formed on a surface soil layer, a weathered soil layer and a rock layer and fixing with cement grouting, installing a wire(8) on the upper part of each steel bar nail to install a turnbuckle(16) for tension control along the latticed dome type soil reinforced gabion and binding up the wire and the steel bar nail with a U-shaped bolt, installing a pressure plate(11) to a screw part of each steel bar nail and coupling with a nut(13) to pressurize the U-shaped bolt and to tie up the dome type soil reinforced gabion and the wire to the steel bar nail strongly, filling up the inside of the latticed dome type soil reinforced gabion with rubble(20), covering up with the hemispheric cover and binding up to the box to make the dome type soil reinforced gabion become a dome type soil reinforced gabion grid(7), and setting fertilizer mixed long fiber vegetation soils(14) on each latticed slope of the dome type soil reinforced gabion grid.
