PACK FOR TREATMENT OF HAZARDOUS AND NOXIOUS SUBSTANCES AND OIL POLLUTION

A pack for the disposal of hazardous and noxious substances and spilled oil is provided to remove spilled oil and HNS(hazardous and noxious substances) quickly and effectively by absorbing oil using a pack body made with polypropylene non-woven fabrics and absorbing oil and HNS using pack filler placed in the pack body, to prevent the re-outflow of the oil absorbed by oil solidifying agent of the pack filler, to make a pack body floated after absorbing oil by guiding oil up to the top of a pack body through a secondary hole of a penetration to be absorbed by the pack body, and to use for an outflow of oil by making a penetration with aluminum not to be melt away by HNS. A pack(100) for the disposal of hazardous and noxious substances and spilled oil contains a pack body(10) formed by folding up polypropylene non-woven fabrics in half and backstitching three open sides to have a space inward, pack filler placed in the pack body and composed of oil solidifying agent, a primary adsorbent and a secondary adsorbent, and penetrations(30) made with aluminum, and fixed to a primary hole of the pack body by compressing the top and bottom of the pack body and provided with a secondary hole(31).
