A multipurpose sewer pipe buried under the ground in the apartment complex is provided to improve workability and to cut down construction expenses by constructing a sewer pipe and underground cables simultaneously, and to increase the accuracy on underground excavation work and to prevent the damage of underground cables by letting workers check the history of works through an underground information panel. A multipurpose sewer pipe buried under the ground in the apartment complex contains a sewer pipe(10) provided with one or more cable insertion units(21) to wire underground cables(30) easily, a protective cover(20) put on the underground cable placed in the cable insertion units and provided with many hemispheric grooves(22) to house the underground cables and many long holes(26) to couple with a fixed end(24) of the sewer pipe using fasteners(23), a vertical bar(42) connected with an underground information panel(45) and a semi arc shaped wire(46) to display the underground information of the surroundings with the underground cables buried for other workers through the underground information panel, and a coil spring(40) connected with a ball joint(43) and separated from the long hole of the protective cover to be exposed outward when excavating the surroundings with the underground cables buried.
