A multi-functional ventilation window having a separable ventilation device is provided to shorten the time required for assembly work and to shorten the time required for repair work by assembling and disassembling upper, lower ventilators to and from a main frame easily, to reduce the width of a window by inserting upper, lower ventilators to a main frame and to clean up the inside space of a window easily after disassembling upper, lower ventilators from a main frame. A multi-functional ventilation window having a separable ventilation device contains: a lower frame(2) connected/disconnected to/from a main frame(1) to make the inside and outsider air flowed in through inside and outside air inlets and provided with a lower ventilator(3) having a lower air vent; and an upper frame(4) composed of an outer case having an upper air vent to inhale the air ascent by the lower frame and a blower to discharge the inhaled air to the inside or outside of a room compulsively, an inner case having inside, outside air discharge pipes to supply air to inside, outside air outlets to discharge the air passed through the upper air vent to the inside or outside of a room, and an upper ventilator(45) provided with an upper damper adhered closely to an upper cylinder formed between the inside, outsider air discharge pipes and opened downward to be separable from the inside air outlet. Hereon the lower ventilator contains a lower case having inside, outside air suction pipes for the air inhaled by the inside, outside air inlets to pass through, and a lower damper adhered closely to a lower cylinder formed between the inside, outside air suction pipes, rotated by a driving device(8) and opened upward.
