A method and an apparatus for manufacturing disposable double-layered vinyl gloves and the double-layered vinyl gloves made by the same are provided to improve the adhesion force between the vinyl films and the wearing comfort of a user according to the thin formation of the four layered thickness. An apparatus for manufacturing disposable double-layered vinyl gloves(90) comprises a molding machine(10) injecting the raw material of polyethylene and molding a film(20); a cooling air ring(11) cooling the tube-shaped film and having the desired thickness and diameter; a tube stable plate(12) formed with two layered vinyl films by pushing the film; an embossing mold(30) having the corrugation forming the embossing part; a winding roller(40) winding the two layered vinyl films; an overlapped roller(50) contacting tow projected surfaces of the embossing part by withdrawing the two layered vinyl films; and a globe mold(60) adhesion-sealing the edge except for the wrist part.
