A method for manufacturing a wide width silicon fabric patterned with solid dewdrop is provided to replace demand for PVC by using merits of silicon such as heat resistance and weatherability while maintaining properties secondary to the PVC. A room temperature vulcanizing silicon mixed chemical having high strength, high tear strength, and high elongation, and hardened by heat hardening is stirred by a vacuum bubble removing mixer for 30 minutes. The mixed chemical is put into a mixed material container and is run down through a chemical injection pipe by an air pressure. A support rubber roller is forcibly driven by a motor for rotating a design printing copper plate placed on the support rubber roller. As the design printing copper plate rotates, the mixed chemical running down between a knife and a support in the design copper plate comes out of design perforated holes. The design-printed mixed chemical is put on a fiber belt for dry. The design-printed mixed chemical is gradually heated in a drier while moving at speed of 3m per minute. A blower sends cool air to a surface of the fabric.
