A road with a double windproof structure is provided to converse the wind toward the road into the swirling by mounting two horizontally separated walls at the edge of the road and to prevent the road surface from being frozen by collecting the solar heat and flowing the heat into the road. A road with a double windproof structure installed with a wall body(20) at the edge of a road surface(10) in parallel with the traveling direction is composed of a separated body(30) separated from the wall body to the outside of the wall body. The separated body has a plate shape or a pipe shape. The separated body is a heat collecting body for collecting the solar heat. A heat wire(11) connected to the separated body is placed in the road surface.
