A method for twisting a shaped yarn by using a two-for-one twister is provided to twist a 75 denier shaped yarn with granting rotary speed of a spindle, an over-feed rate of a feed roller, warp weight wound on a cheese, and winding tension applied to the feed roller according to twist conditions of the 75 denier shaped yarn, thereby twisting the 75 denier shaped yarn without changing properties and quality for realizing equal dyeing while minimizing loss of a working process. A 75 denier yarn(85) having sections in different shapes is wound on a bobbin(10) by equal tension. The wound yarn is rotated at speed below 8000RPM through a spindle(30) of a two-for-one twister. The twisted yarn is supplied from a feed roller(60) with granting an over-feed rate of 186%. Winding tension of 0.05g to 0.1g per denier is granted to the yarn to wind the supplied yarn on a cheese(80) under equal tension so that the yarn is wound on the cheese in a predetermined amount of winding.
