METHOD FOR HORIZONTALLY DRILLING FILTRATE INTAKE WELL AND APPARATUS FOR CLOGGING FRONT TIP OF WELL

A method for horizontally drilling a filtrate intake well and a device for clogging a front tip of the filtrate intake well thereof are provided to prevent breakage of a water collecting pipe by restricting inflow of earth and sand, and to take filtrate stably by horizontally drilling a ground with an eccentric bit. A well is excavated horizontally by drilling an outer pipe(13) and an inner pipe, and the inner pipe is drawn out with leaving the outer pipe. An excavator is separated from an end of the inner pipe, and an earth/sand inflow preventing unit(14) is combined with the inner pipe. The inner pipe is inserted to the outer pipe with the earth/sand inflow preventing unit. An end of the earth/sand inflow preventing unit is forcibly pressed and fitted to the ground by additionally fitting the inner pipe in contacting the end of the earth/sand inflow preventing unit to the end of the outer pipe. The earth/sand inflow preventing unit is separated from the end of the inner pipe by reversing the inner pipe, and the inner pipe is drawn out. Plural water collecting holes are formed in an outer periphery of the outer pipe.
