A fixing apparatus for underground pipes for transmission and distribution of electricity is provided to prevent deviation of the underground pipes from original positions by locking the fixing apparatus with a locking member. A fixing apparatus for underground pipes for transmission and distribution of electricity includes an underground pipe fixing frame(100), a frame connecting section(200), and an exposed display section(500). The underground pipe fixing frame includes a plurality of frame members for fixing the underground pipes for transmission and distribution of electricity. The frame connecting section includes a connecting member connecting the underground pipe fixing frame and prevents damage to the underground pipe. The exposed display section detects deformation of the underground pipe or the frame connecting section.
