A manhole for preventing inflow of foreign matters is provided to reduce the production and installation cost, to easily clean and construct the structure, to prevent clogging or precipitation caused by foreign matters or waste soil, and to prevent malodor dispersion and reverse flow. A manhole(100) for preventing inflow of foreign matters comprises a separate manhole(20) disposed at the lower side of a steel grating(11) and formed with a hanging step(21a) on the outer surface of the upper part to be hung on a settling step(12) of a manhole(10), a first draining unit(21) like a square barrel having a lattice permeable plate(21b) as a bottom, a drain port(21d) protruded outward at the upper side of a rear wall(21c) fixed at the middle of the first draining unit, a shaft hole(21e) on both walls of the drain port, a rotation preventive wall(21f) protruded upward on the inner bottom, an inducement protrusion(21g) curved and recessed at the lower side of the front side of the rotation preventive wall, and a second draining unit(22) fixed with a vertical plate(22a) at the lower side of the hanging step to the rear side of the first draining unit to be opened at both lateral sides and the lower side; a pulling unit(30) formed with a hook(32a) on one end and four wire ropes(32) connected with a pulling hook(32b) on the other end to be connected with a hanging hook(31) formed on the inner wall of the upper side of the first draining unit of the separate manhole; a blocking plate unit(40) formed with a reverse flow blocking plate(43) having a shaft hole(43a) at the upper side to be combined with the shaft hole of the drain port of the separate manhole by using a bolt shaft(41) and a nut(42) and formed with a floating tool fixed at the lower side of the reverse flow blocking plate in an adhesive method; and a filtering net(50) settled at the upper side of the permeable plate of the separate manhole. A Teflon coating layer(44a) is formed on the outer circumference of a buoy of the blocking plate unit.
