Procedure for the repair and restoration of dynamically loaded components made of aluminum alloys for aeronautical application comprises (a) detecting the parent material, from which the component to be repaired was prepared; (b) optionally subjecting the component to a preliminary treatment; (c) selecting an injecting material; (d) selecting a coating parameter for the subsequent coating procedure; (e) applying the injection material on the component to be repaired by cold gas injection; and (f) post-treating the coating component. Procedure for the repair and restoration of dynamically loaded components made of aluminum alloys for aeronautical application comprises (a) detecting the parent material, from which the component to be repaired was prepared; (b) optionally subjecting the component to be repaired to a preliminary treatment; (c) selecting an injecting material, which has similar chemical, physical and mechanical properties as the parent material; (d) selecting a coating parameter for the subsequent coating procedure in such a manner that the binding within the layer to be applied is optimized; (e) applying the injection material on the component to be repaired by cold gas injection in order to replenish the material that has been stripped off as a consequence of the wear and tear, and the preliminary treatment of the component; and (f) post-treating the coating component in such a manner that the original geometry of the component is restored.
